Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I ordered a total of $221.78 through a store on Shopify and I even spent extra on express shipping. It has been 12 days since my 2 orders and I have requested a refund. The store has not responded to my email and whenever I click, "View Your Order" from the confirmation email I got from the store, the webpage shows up as, "Something went wrong. The link you followed is no longer available."
I'm not quite sure what to do because I can't get a hold of any of the stores agents, social media pages, and emails. On top of that I don't have the URL of my order from Shopify to be able to dispute a refund.
How do I go about this issue?
Hi @tsinela
Sorry to hear about a bad experience you had with a fraud store. There are a lot of those poping up everywhere.
Could you share a link to a store?
For the order URL try to check your browser history, maybe it was left there. But what you could try first is to contact your bank and explain the situation.
Also, did you get any other email, maybe it could be used as evidence.
The store is no longer available but the original link was https://staxxfundz.com
