Free Pickup - Customers choose it when not in area

I have a free pickup option on my site for customers to pick up when in Calgary, But I have a ton of customers across the country choose the option in hopes we will miss it and send it free.

Our situation is unique because we have a pidkup depot in calgary that we ship to once a week and customers can pick up locally.. But our production shop and stocking is located rurally and we ship everything else direct to customer.. Is there a way to have only people in Calgary see the option for free pickup?

I'd like to use the free pickup option on the site, but because we don't carry inventory at the pickup depot it won't allow us.

You're right. Since you don't stock the items in your pickup location, it's not feasible to use the built-in local pickup feature. In this case, the best way for you to offer pickup just to your customers in Calgary (or any other group of customers) is to use an app. You may check out the following apps:
