Free shipping on prepaid orders only

Hi,

I want to give Free Shipping only to Prepaid orders.

For all COD orders, I want to charge a shipping fee.
Please tell me how we can do this on the backend? Is there an app that I can use for this?

Hi,

You can set this under the "Shipping & Delivery" settings. For the zones you have setup, you can add flat rate as shown in the below example.

Once you do this, something like this will be displayed at checkout.

But after doing this also, when we continue to payment section customers will still see both the payment options.

we might need a solution something https://chapterandink.com/ has.. They have free and cod shipping method. When the customers select free it will only show payment options without COD. And if we choose COD we only see COD payment option.

How to achieve this? It would be very helpful.

Step - 1: - Use the advanced COD app and set a new rate.

Step - 2: - Go to settings -> Shipping and Delivery, add one rate for free shipping, add another rate, and choose Advanced COD to set the new rate you created on the first step.
