Free Shipping won't applies when 10% coupon is use

Hello Everyone,

On my website i offer free shipping for 149.99 and +.

When someone is at the checkout, they have the free shipping method ! no worries there.

BUT

When we apply my Newsletter promotionnal 10% off coupon (From klavyio.)

It seem to delete the free shipping option. Like we can't stack the free shipping requirement and a coupon ? 

Maybe there is something I miss?

It will count the final value to determine if there is free shipping. So when they do 150 - 15, final price is 135 and free shipping no longer applies.

Maybe try amending the shipping rule to free shipping over 130, but keep the website text saying 150+. I imagine few people will stumble over the fact that 130-150 is also free shipping.

When the discount apply - The free shipping option vanish - I'm still well over the price limit.

Here's how it works for your use case. On the admin side, please select the "Check subtotal before line-level discounts" checkbox:

Checkout gives shipping discount even though total is less than minimum after line-level discounts:
