I am in Settings --> Shipping and delivery --> Manage ---> And then Adding a free shipping rate, but when i am trying to check my shop afterwards and pretend to make a purchase, it still shows shipping rate. What am i doing wrong?
Based on your screenshot, it looks like you only have the one rate set up under your International shipping profile. Do you happen to have any other shipping profiles or zones under Settings > Shipping and delivery? Or have you installed any apps that may have added a shipping rate? If there's a paid rate in any other profile or zone, it will show up at checkout for any products it applies to.
