Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My payments failed 8 times now. When my store become frozen and is it possiblity to cancel subscription in some other way?

If you missed paying your Shopify subscription bill or if a payment fails multiple times, then your store is frozen until you settle your bill with Shopify. Your store doesn't freeze until your bill's due date. If your store is already frozen, and you don't want to reactivate it, then no action is required. It is effectively deactivated.

Hello,
The guy that built my website on Shopify totally screwed me over and lied about almost everything. I fired him, found a processor, and now have another company fixing all of the problems with my site. I am trying to set up my new Authorize.net processor and found out that my account has been frozen for some reason. I inquired multiple times and haven't heard anything back from your support team on why my account is frozen and what I need to do to unfreeze it. Can you please help me out with this?

Just to gather some additional context, could you let us know what specific error message you are receiving when you attempt to login to your store? We do not have any access to internal account or store-specific information from the Community forums.

The availability of payment gateways on Shopify will depend on your store's general location. You can check out this article to see what third-party payment gateways are available in your location. With that being said, we do not have any internal access to clarify why the Shopify store has been frozen. Typically, if your store was frozen - you should receive an email that details the situation.
