Fulfilled order still show up on New Orders Count when it's partial refunded

Hi, how to fix an order being show up on New Order Count once it's fulfilled but it was partial refunded. Note: All the items has been fulfilled. we just refunded the shipping cost to them.

I just fixed it. Actually Shopify did not automatically archive order with partially refund. Manually mark as archive will solve my issue.
