Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
When I previously would fulfill multiple orders and buy all the labels at the same time, it would take you to the "X Labels Purchased" screen which also allowed you to "Show All Details" for every single label you purchased with the items and quantity.
When you do this same process now, it no longer shows the quantities which means I now need to go into each individual order to check the quantities of the multiple items purchased on each order.
I assume this is unintentional because there is no other efficient way to view the quantities on the orders beyond going in one-by-one.
Has anyone else experienced this? This just changed within the last two weeks on a recent update and is an actual game breaker for me. It triples the time it takes for me to fulfill any type of order unless I am completely missing the new area that shows the quantities for labels purchased.
Having same issue, lmk if there is a fix
Same issue - it's so frustrating. They said it's "expected" and a feature of the new system. hahah They say to use the packing slips. What a joke. They messed up and can't fix it. Once people realize they've been filling orders wrong for two weeks more people will be complaining.
I had about a week of fulfilling orders incorrectly (60+ orders) before I finally noticed. It was a very costly "upgraded feature".
I never print packing slips so it isn't a very viable option. I can preview printing all the packing slips and that gives me what I need but it is not very efficient.
HUGE ISSUE! Same for us.
What we do now is open the orders. Then Duplicate the tab. On the new tab buy labels like normal an refer back to the original orders page (just dont refresh) for fulfillment which has the quantity.
this is a very serious oversight IMO. it took a week of fulfilling before customers started complaining, then it took a few days to figure out what was going on. I have complained to shopify and they don't seem to care. now we have to fulfill one order at a time.
Agreed. I'm not exactly sure how it can be good protocol to change something as significant as that without even a notification. I guarantee there are other shops still fulfilling in the old method who are going to be having a lot of upset customers soon.
