Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
hello everyone, i've had my store open less then a month and i am not sure how to fulfill my items. I thought i was doing it right but apparently i wasn't. I got a email that i needed to reach out to customer service or my store is going to be shut down. I reached out and still haven't heard anything. If anyone can help out and explain how to fulfill items correctly, that would be great!

If you received a message regarding your account issue from Shopify, you might want to wait what is the possible cause because, there are a lot of potential reason for this and not just about fulfillment. You can reach out to Shopify support via live chat. You can contact them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
After you ship the items just mark the items in the order fulfilled, and add the tracking. Then you have fulfilled the orders.
