Fulfilling Orders with Net 30 Terms

Our company extends Net 30 Terms to some wholesale customers. However, marking the payment as Due in 30 Days and creating the order causes the order not to drop into our shipping software for fulfillment. There's no way to move the order to be fulfilled. Order cannot be marked as Paid because it's not. How do get these types of orders to move to the fulfillment process with pending payments.
