Fulfillment methods on Shopify (pick up, delivery)

I am considering moving my e-commerce website to Shopify. I have a small flower business with a variety of offerings, from subscriptions to standard arrangements. I have a few questions about fulfillment method customizations with Shopify:
1. We exclusively do local delivery and free pickup (No shipping). Does Shopify support this combination of fulfillment methods?

2. Is it possible to make some products pick-up only while offering delivery for other products?

3. Can Shopify set different flat-rate delivery rates for different items? For instance, paying for a one-time delivery versus five deliveries for a five-week flower subscription.
