Fulfillment of an order

I placed an order about 5 days ago with a store called Blissful blooms I went to check on it to see if it had shipped it it has not and the store is down and the email she provided to contact her does not work. It is returned by the postmaster as the mailbox is unavailable. Something just doesn't seem right about this.

This has happened to me too with a store called My Store.  Store is down & email is undeliverable.  Pretty sure I’ve gotten ripped off for $91.

Wow, shouldn't Shopify investigate?
