Hi everyone,

 

We just received an order and when we send the fulfillment request we received the notification that our "Shipping Group is Invalid". This means that the request is constantly declined.

 

Can anyone help?

It sounds like the "Shipping Group is Invalid" issue could be related to how your shipping settings are configured. This error usually pops up when there's a mismatch or error in your fulfillment or shipping profiles.

A few things to check:

  1. Make sure the product in the order is correctly assigned to a shipping profile in your Shopify settings.
  2. Double-check if the shipping rates and zones are set up correctly for the destination of this order.
  3. If you’re using a third-party fulfillment service, ensure that your products are mapped properly with the fulfillment provider and that all necessary details (like weight, dimensions, etc.) are filled out.

Sometimes, it can also be a simple glitch in the fulfillment app or platform you’re using. Try re-sending the request after verifying these settings. Let me know if that helps!
