Hello @Sanjiv1 !
You can set up multiple locations in your Shopify store so that you can track inventory and fulfill orders at your locations.
The maximum number of locations that you can have depends on your plan:
Shopify Lite - 3
Basic Shopify - 4
Shopify - 5
Advanced Shopify - 8
Shopify Plus - 20
To add Locations
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Locations.
Click Add location.
Enter a unique name and an address for the location.
If you want the inventory at this location to be available for online purchases, then check Fulfill online orders from this location.
If this is a brick-and-mortar location that you regularly sell from in person, then click This location is a retail store.
Enabling Locations in Shopify
Log in to your store as a user with Settings permissions.
Go to Settings > Locations.
Click Enable inventory at locations.
Click the checkbox to confirm that your existing inventory will be assigned to your shipping origin.
Click Enable inventory at locations again.
Get started with locations to set up locations in your store.
Thank you for your reply. Location is added, however it says that if 1 location cannot fullfill the order, it will be split up to multiple locations. Is there any way that we can only have a set of SKUs getting fullfilled at 1 location?
Hello @Sanjiv1 !
Specific SKUs cannot be assigned to one location when you add multiple locations - it will split it up. If one location cannot fulfil the order then there is no point of adding multiple locations.
