Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
My store was wrongfully terminated and funds held since February of this year. I was told that due to chargebacks I wouldn't be able to use Shopify any longer and that my funds would be held for 120 days and should be release by June 14th. I moved my website to Wordpress, and waited. After not hearing back from Shopify after June 20th, I decided to call support to find out more. I was told to reply to the email containing my ticket number (22314728-29c6-4bc7-bc49-a461f022cc71), I have replied to this email several times and still haven't heard anything back. Last week I was contacted by recovery operation about the capital I received from shopify before my store got shut down. I explained to them that my funds were being held for longer than the time they had mentioned, and that the funds should be sufficient enough to make their payment. 2 Days later, they let me know that their system's limitation doesn't allow them to charge my shopify account and that I would need to make a separate payment before my ticket can be escalated so that I would have access to my funds that were held. I have emailed this recovery team as well for the ticket to be escalated but haven't heard anything back for a week now. I was hoping to speak to someone in person but there's no such option on the support page. I am really hoping someone can help me out on this. I have tried everything.
