Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
in our shop, errors repeatedly appear when processing the payment.
Unfortunately we can not find a solution for this problem.
The error occurs approximately at 40% of the purchases.
Translation of "Die Zahlung für den Betrag in Höhe von €19,95 EUR bei Rechnung konnte nicht verarbeitet werden.":
"The payment for the amount of € 19.95 on invoice could not be processed."
Translation of "Die Zahlung für den Betrag in Höhe von €19,95 EUR bei Sofortüberweisung konnte nicht verarbeitet werden.":
"The payment for the amount of € 19.95 on instant bank transfer could not be processed."
I hope someone can help us.
I just found out that klarna has not yet been approved, but it is available as an option for our customers. Unfortunately, it was already yesterday that it should be activated in 10 minutes. Today it is still not approved.

Im getting a similiar error using "sofortüberweisung"
the payment is marked as "pending"
Looking at the payment section down below it seems like the amount has been captured.
Sorry to post this here but i wrote shopify support a week ago and have not even heard back from them. This seemed like the most related topic there was.
Any suggestions, help?
as I remember, the Klarna payment included in Shopify payments could not be verified, but was available for customers to use. They failed then in the payment processing.
I could fix it by removing Klarna from Shopify payments and adding it as additional payment method, like you would do with other payment methods if it's not supported by Shopify payments.
Your problem seems like you just have to wait till Klarna changes the label, so you know they received (or not) the payment, as it is „Sofortüberweisung“.

And then, how do I know if the money has been received or not?
Sorry for confusing you, „Sofortüberweisung“ was in my case managed by „Klarna“ (as I know it’s the default, or maybe was, with Shopify payments).
In your case I think everything is working correctly and it’s just a matter of time when the payment provider is proceeding the payment.
Its actually a bit confusing. Ive used sofortüberweisung und its a lot like paypal. So the payment should be there instantly?!
