Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
System is saying "HS codes and country of origin are required to ship products internationally. To buy shipping labels, add them to Edit customs information"
Ridiculous because all shipments are within the US and I am shipping from the US!!!
I am also receiving an error when trying to print shipping labels. I get the following message:
There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our state page for updates and try again later.
Status page shows everything is fine. But clearly it's not!

I am having the same issue - I am not shipping any products internationally! I do not see any update on the Shopify status page as of yet. Hopefully they resolve it soon.
I am also receiving this message and I do not ship internationally. The chat bot is saying everything is running normal

Having the same issue and only shipping to the states. Just spoke with a Shopify + Rep and he confirmed that this is still an issue as of 10:42am CST on February 21, 2024. They have no timeline on the error being fixed but said that it is urgent and being addressed by developers now. I would suggest creating a ticket through the help center so that they can update you directly when the issue is resolved.
In queue with support (which is a nightmare to even get to itself) to report it for our store also.
And why don't they update their status page with this?!?!
