Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am getting sales and orders I am fulfilling them yet not updating the total sales page why is this ?
as you can see in the images it shows me the sales for today but when I go on 7 days it only shows a recent one also on the pauments page I am not able to cash out on it
If your Total Sales page isn’t updating even though you’re fulfilling orders, it could be due to a few reasons:
1. Orders might not be marked as Paid or Completed.
2. There may be a delay in syncing or updating the dashboard.
3. Manually added orders might not be included in total sales.
If everything looks correct and it’s still not showing, try refreshing or checking from the Analytics > Reports section for more accurate data.
Hello @Losbsbbans
If your “Total sales” chart isn’t matching the orders you’re fulfilling, it usually means those orders aren’t hitting the “paid” status that Shopify Analytics and your payouts page expect. Here’s what to do next:
1. Check each order’s financial status
Go to Orders, pick a recent sale that isn’t showing up, and look at the “Payment status.” If it says “Pending,” “Authorized,” or “Manual” (like COD), Shopify won’t count it in Total sales until you capture or mark it as paid.
2. Verify your payment gateway settings
In Settings → Payments, confirm that your gateway is set to auto-capture. If it’s on “manual capture,” every new order needs you to click Capture in the order detail—otherwise Analytics won’t include it.
3. Review your payout schedule
On the Payments page, Shopify shows only funds already transferred to your payout balance. If your gateway holds funds for a couple of days (common with Shopify Payments), you’ll see them under “Pending” until the next payout date. Your available balance won’t update until that cycle completes.
4. Refresh your reports and cache
After you’ve marked orders as paid or captured funds, give Analytics up to 15 minutes to recalculate. You can also hit Customize report → Update visualization to force-refresh the period view.
5. Test with a real transaction
Place a low-value test order on your live checkout, let it auto-capture, then check both the “Total sales” report and your Payments dashboard. If it shows up in both within 15 minutes, you’ve confirmed the flow is healthy.
