Had anyone else had their business destroyed by Shopify illegally withholding funds?

We have had tens of thousands of dollars withheld by shopify.. for several months now.

Our business is running pre sales, so we are struggling to fulfill orders. Despite providing shopify with extensive documentation and proof of manufacturing, they still won't co operate and release our money. Has anyone else had similar issues?
