Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Is anyone else having an issue with your handling fee not being added to orders? I had several today for UPS Ground where the customer was only charged the shipping price without the fee. I don't seem to have this problem with USPS Ground Advantage selections.
This can happen if carrier-calculated rates from Shopify no longer are applying the handling fees across all available services. Make sure you have verified your UPS rate settings, and that handling fees have been added under Shipping and delivery > Carrier accounts. USPS could also change as well considering the integration comes native to Shopify itself. A manual review might help pinpoint inconsistencies.
Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to customize carrier accounts. I can only add handling fees under the general shipping profile shipping zones.
