I made a purchase from Futuretecn on Shopify (https://futuretecn.myshopify.com). The email purchase confirmation provided a link to track delivery on Shop Pay; however, both the Shopify store site and the link to track have been taken down. The confirmation had an email address for questions or concerns, but it has been deleted. An identical store site under a different name has now appeared on Shopify at https://fieldandfleur.com. Same products, pictures, text descriptions. Separately, the "report an issue" page on Shopify will not load if the URL of the store is invalid - in this case the store site has been taken down so from a customer service pov this is not helpful.
