Has anyone else experienced missing installment funds from Shopify?

Recently got curious about some missing funds and found over $2.2k of Shopify installments funds missing. Found this out last Friday, and has been three business days since I first spoke to Shopify. They say this case has been escalated but I have heard nothing back. 

I’m just not liking the response time and I need my funds. Shopify this doesn’t look good but find the funds and send them out to me. 

Considering this isn’t a small issue, this matter should have been handled by latest Monday. Has anyone else had missing funds from Shopify?
