BuyMeToday company-

Transaction Done On 11 February 2022, But Product Not At All Delivered, No Message From Website Regarding Status, Advertisement Was From Instagram Regarding Big Discount On Website...https://buymetoday-in.myshopify.com/55452926033/orders/1b99de720fbef670b039ca85e83f42fd/authenticate?key=683a2f90c6c2ba713ca005a2b213d683 

 

The message I get from those is this

:Transaction No. ********6054 for Rs ***.00 done for BHUPATBHAI NATHABHAI BALDANIYA has succeeded from payu team

For questions about online orders, the best thing to do is contact the store. Shopify provides the software that business owners can use to build their online store, but we do not manage their orders or fulfillment, so only the store owner or their staff can answer questions about your order.

 

I tried to visit the website you ordered from to find out if they had any contact information listed, and I can see that it is not currently accessible. Did you receive an order confirmation email? If so, you can reply directly to that email to contact the store. Otherwise, I recommend searching for them on Instagram. Since you saw their ad on that platform, they likely have a business page there where you can send them a message.
