Has anyone figured out how to use one shipping profile for multiple POD partners?

I'm currently using printify and printful, and I'm trying to prevent customers from being charged twice on shipping. Even if I set a flat rate, at checkout the customer is charged that flat rate twice if the product come from different POD partners. Anyone know how to prevent this or integrate both POD partners under one shipping profile?

No I still haven't, and it's the biggest pain in the butt. If I don't renew this year with Shopify THIS is why. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service and nothing helps. I have to go in and manually set every item in the shop to "multiple locations" for the flat rate to show up, and I have to set inventory anywhere else as zero. This also means that NOTHING is automatically transferred to my POD suppliers, and I have to manually notify of shipping and fulfillment in Shopify every time as well. So frustrating.

I feel your pain. I tried everything but there is no way around it so I gave up and just set everything to free shipping.
