Has anyone successfully sued Shopify for withholding funds?

Has anyone filed a lawsuit against shopify for holding their funds? Shopify is holding $40,000 of my money and i can't fulfill my customer's orders without it. They've also deleted my stores and won't provide me with any more information. It's been 2 months since they did this. 

If you're in the same predicament and want to file a lawsuit or already have, please let me know. And if anyone has been able to get their money from them, please let me know too.

Yes, I’m having the same issue and I’m currently looking into filing a lawsuit against Shopify. This is illegal, I do not work for Shopify nor have any employees with Shopify. This is unacceptable.

Very illegal they’re just the payment processor . Have you filed charges ?

This also happened to me and Shopify destroyed my business, I put my own money into this and had to start over with another platform. Shopify is not a good platform to use and when you start to make a lot of money they continue to hold the payment. We are business owners we do not work for Shopify and Shopify do not work for us…it is illegal and something have to be done about this my store with Shopify is completely gone and I worked extremely hard. We need to come together and file a lawsuit against Shopify.

Why is no-one  started a class action lawsuit against them? This is not legal

I’m having the same issues over 23k on hold and they closed my store I can’t get in touch with anyone .
