Has Anyone Tried Skybox for International Shipping?

We are considering trying out a service called Skybox.  https://skybox.net/. They offer the ability to ship internationally through an integration on Shopify. They have warehouses in Miami and other locations where we can ship the customers shipment to and then it gets shipped to the final destination from their warehouse.  I haven't heard a lot about this company/service so I'm hesitant to try them.  Has anyone else tried their service before?
