Hi 

Just wanted to ask Has Shopify has started to open dev slots to integrate with payments App for Shopify Partners.

We want to develop our payment app on shopify for some of our customers who want to use it on shopify.

So will shopify start to accepts new shopify partner who want to developed their payment app to integrate with shopify.
