Have all local pickup orders at one location?

Hello Community! I've been searching for a solution for a little while.

The situation: I have two Locations, each with their own inventory. They stock different items. I want all pick-up orders to be picked up from one location.

Solution I'm looking for: When someone places a local pickup order I want to offer only one pickup location.

The problem: Each location has different items in stock and there isn't room to have everything at both stores. They are very close by each other, I will move the inventory between the stores to accommodate the local pickup orders.

It seems this can't be solved with Shopify's default Local Pickup options, but I hope I'm wrong. Does anyone have any success with apps that would solve my problem?

On our Essential plan, you are able to create up to 3 locations and choose which items you'd like to sell from this location for pickups. Customers will add items to their cart and then on the cart page, they would choose their method. Here's what the widget looks like on my test store:
