Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I want to add payoneer payment provider,
But when I click activate it shows an error: " There was a problem loading this page
There was a technical problem with Shopify and this page couldn't be loaded. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn't work, visit our status page for updates and try again later."
I did everything: clear cache, change browser, change device, restart computer but still get the error
Hi Elizabeth,
Which Shopify plan are you on? Some Shopify plans have limitations on which payment gateways can be used. You may need to upgrade your plan if Payoneer is not supported in your current plan.
Currently I'm using the basic plan
Okay, the basic plan does support third-party payment providers, so you should be able to integrate Payoneer. Try contacting Shopify and Payoneer support if you haven't done so already. That error message is too generic.
Do you have any solution for me? Thank you very much
Hi, @ElizabethGrace.
Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community!
To gather more insight, could you advise where you're located? The reason I ask is, I'd like to check our Payment Gateway resource to ensure that Payoneer is available to you.
The error messages you're seeing sound like it may be related to a local issue. Does this error message occur when integrating other third-party payment providers? Have you tried using just WiFi or just data when integrating Payoneer?
For better visibility, could you 1) share a screenshot of the error message and 2) what steps you took prior to the error message appearing. This will help our team determine what part of the process you're experiencing issues.
I look forward to your reply!

I am writing from Azerbaijan. I registered to my Payoneer account without any problems. I also registered for PayonerChekout. but I still get the problem shown in the picture. Payooner support team said that the problem was not caused by them, everything was fine in my Payoner account. I also wrote to your support team. Unfortunately they did not respond.
Hi Elizabeth. Has your payoneer related problem been solved? I'm having the same problem too. Can you please tell me how it is?
