Help a Shopify Newbie! Abandoned Checkouts & DSers Woes

Hi Shopify Community,

New Shopify store owner here (That's IT! Collectables!), and I'm diving headfirst into the world of ecommerce! I'm facing two challenges I'd love some advice on:

1. Abandoned Checkouts: Customers are adding awesome collectibles to their carts, but then leaving before checkout. Any tips on how to win them back and capture those lost sales?

2. DSers Dilemma: I was using DSers for fulfillment, but it's not working out. Now I need to find a new supplier for a specific product. What are some strategies for switching suppliers smoothly?
