Help Cant Change My Items Location!

I'm trying to list my items on ebay through shopify. I have added an extra location since I'm drop shipping and my products ship from MA even though I live in CO. 

I have went into locations and added the dropshipping location, made it my default location and made it the preferred method of shipping.

But for some reason when I go to the ebay > listings > review and publish page, to change the location it will not give me the MA location option and instead only shows the original CO location. I have transferred all inventory to the MA address on shopify and removed all inventory from the original location. I even tried to disable the CO address and only have the MA one active and it still wont work.

I'm, so confused. I need to fix this because it changes the price of my shipping costs.
