Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have had my store open for almost six months, I have done everything correctly to the point i doubted myself and hired a shopify expert to help adjust shipping settings and still, my cart is emptying. I CANNOT REACH ANYONE AT SHOPIFY, this is embarrassing and so time and money costly, it is becoming incredibly frustrating where i had shut two stores because the increase in spending to promote everything was horrendous without any sales. We need to know what the problem is instead of constantly forking out money to again make no sales.
If there are any other issues circulating around why the cart empties upon checkinhg out or if you add few products and only one can be paid for, we need to know. Is this a theme issue? Do you need a carrier service even if youre dropshipping? Shopify, there are so many of us who need help.
Can you provide a link to your store so others can try it and see what happens?
So I went in, added an item. Hit check out. And then it just empties my cart. I'd have to log in to see what's going on. The site you have isn't crazy complicated. I'm not sure what the "expert" did. You should be able to get away with a free theme. What theme are you using or did the "expert" make you one?
It looks like that theme, yes. If this theme works for you the way you want it to,, then you can still use it. But something is messed up in the code. I assume the expert played with something and deleted something by mistake. You can always reinstall the free theme and make a copy, work on the copy, preview it, make sure it works, then publish it. Are you comfortable working on it? You can watch youtube too for tutorials. I could take a look but I understand if you don't want someone poking around on your site.
