HELP..I can't figure out why shopify not shipping orders

I use custom cat as my pod provider for my shopify store. when customers purchase an Item shopify isn't shipping them out from my POD. What do I need to do for them to start shipping out. I have my settings set to automatically ship when order is paid and fulfilled. Please help me anyone with what I need to do or who to contact for this issue!!!!

I understand you're using CustomCat and you have your store set to automatically fulfill orders; however, the items are not being shipped out by your POD. Do you have a payment method set up through their app?

Typically, when an order is processed through Shopify, the payout is deposited directly to your account by your payment gateway and does not include the service fees for POD. However, you can add a payment method to pay for their services and see if there's an option for automatic fulfillment on their app. It's also important to note that when I was looking at CustomCat's Orders and Fulfillment FAQs, I noticed that they require the order status to be Open or Unfulfilled - so you may actually need to disable automatic fulfillment on Shopify's end for their app to work properly.
