help me choose Payment gateway and multi currency extension

Hello all, 

I owe a website

I am planning a new one on shopify and its almost ready to move on shopify 

just one issue , 

I want to have some gateway that can allow UPI payments from France in India, 

I have heard that France and some other countries has started using UPI

This will lower the transaction and Forex charges
