In order to set up the shipping profileson your online store, you will need to navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Manage. I recommend that you check out our great blog that goes into setting up your shipping ratesin more depth. With that being said, if you would like to get extra assistance with setting up the shipping rates for your online store, feel more than welcome to reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Log in to your Shopify admin panel. Settings > Shipping and delivery On the Shipping and delivery settings page, you'll see the Shipping Rates section. Click on "Manage rates" to configure your shipping options.
