Help setting up domestic shipping rates

Hello, I am attempting to set up my domestic shipping rates (USA) and could use some help figuring out the simplest way of doing this, I plan on using USPS to ship. I would like all items under 1lb to have free "economy" (first class) shipping and all items over 1lb in weight to receive  free standard (priority mail) shipping. I believe I have this setup correctly, I want to add additional paid shipping options to all items. I cant attach a screenshot but my current shipping rates are below. Can I not set this up directly using USPS to auto-generate the labels?

Are you using Shopify shipping at the moment to ship with USPS?

And may I know what are you looking for? A solution that helps you to generate labels automatically or set up shipping conditions based on your product weight or price?

Yes I would like to set up free shipping in USA. I want to automatically generate USPS labels based on the weight of the items. I would like all items under a certain weight to be sent first class (3-5 day) and items over that same weight sent by priority mail (2 day).
