Help to cancel Subscription

I have been charged £10 per month for the last 11 months from my debit card without even having an account! I cannot cancel the payment via my bank so I tried to cancel via the virtual assistant but no luck. So have resorted to actually opening an account to cancel the one I allegedly have and now cannot cancel. Please can someone help?
