Hi, I recently started using paystack as a payment gateway for my store. It always tells me that the transaction can’t be processed due to technical reasons. I’ve tried all possible and it has been properly activated on my store. Paystack even says I have no limitations. Please what do I do?

I would like to advise that Paystack is a third-party payment gateway and although the issue is appearing on your checkout page on Shopify, it would need to be resolved by collecting your Live API Keys from your Paystack dashboard and inputting them into Shopify.
The common reasons for this error message are:
Using the wrong API keys e.g putting in thePublic Keyin theSecret Keyfield, and vice versa
The currency of your store and the default currency on your Paystack dashboard do not match.
