Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
As a customer of Shopify stores (not a store owner), I got a preauth charge last night although I haven't initiated anything. The bank only has the date, amount, and the vendor was Shopify. Since there are no orders under my Shopify customer account that have that amount, I don't have a store or order number, but I need to get details on why the preauth was run so I know if I need to cancel my cards. Help in the Shop app just says to log into the Shop app (super unhelpful) and the ai chatbot just sends me round in circles and, ironically, tells me to contact support. Any know of a phone number I can call or a way to get an agent in chat without a store?
