Hi! I cant pay with credit card in store, please help

yesterday i saw the option, and tried the payment myself. It then cancelled saying that this store cant accept real payments, and since that the option was gone... Please help!

And shopify payments is turned on, i dont understand

You need to upgrade a plan for your Shopify store to allows real payments.

Do you have a payment gateway activated on your store at the moment that accepts credit/debit cards? This help doc walks through how to carry this out. Looking forward to your reply!
