It’s been two weeks since my payment has been paused my customers are complaining I just opened a new store and you guys still are saying the same thing! HELP ASAP! PLEASE TSKE MY PAYOUTS OFF OF PAUSE!

Hello, no I haven’t gotten anyt help! I have over 52 orders and you guys keep telling me the same thing! I opened my store on purpose on Black Friday and I told my clients ahead of time so they knew we were having a sale! You guys have sent me my bank card and everything and you guys as in Shopify payments have my account on hold and don’t even know why it’s on hold! I am very very annoyed! People will start asking for refunds if items are not sent! I just spoke with another “chat” with Shopify and you guys are saying you put a hold on my account due to fulfillment issues but HOW CAN I SEND ANYTHING WITH 0 MONEY?!??? I am a BROKE college student and small business owner! I have the items I just can’t ship 52 orders with 0 MONEY!!!! I even got our business debt card with you guys im about to cry! This is so freaking irritating!

You guys paused the payout before the date for it even be payed out! You also froze the orders ON BLACK FRIDAY AS I AM RECEIVING THEM!
