To be clear, Shopify is an ecommerce hosting platform that provides businesses the tools they need to host their online storefronts. We don't play a role in their management, or their order management, so it would be best to direct any questions you have about your placed orders to the business you ordered from directly.

Additionally, we have a fantastic blog we've written all about the FAQs that people have about their online orders. I definitely recommend that you check out that blog for more information regarding how you can get support with your questions about your order.

No I have received any information regarding the confirmation about the delivery. I haven't received the product till now it's already been days.

Doode u are scaring me I just bought two earbuds cus there was a discount if u buy two from h4m.co .But u ordered it in February right?? March just started maybe your product will arrive soon 😭😭 . I knew I shouldn't trust the website . But the product looked so good and the discount was so good 🤧🤧.Btw where are u from ? I'm from India maybe your order took some time because of your location?? Idk 😫😫

I order from an advertisement from Instagram host my h4m.co.in . I order an acefast t9 earphones and my order is #1177. Till now i haven't received any information about the delivery.

the contact number is not there from store nd they are not replying for our emails how we can contact them now for inquiry?

Thank you for your question. If the seller is unresponsive, your best bet is to report the issue to your bank or payment provider as they can investigate the order on your behalf. More information can be found on this FAQ page!

For context, Shopify does not have any involvement with managing or shipping the orders. With that being said, since each business operates independently, it would be best to reach out to the support of the business that made a purchase from. Typically, an online store will have a Contact Us page available towards the footer of the website. They are in the best position to provide you with further support in regards to the order or purchase made.
