good afternoon I'm having my clients complain that they can't put their full address . I need help please
In order to help with this we will need to know the store URL and some more information about what is happening at the checkout. Is there an error message? What stage of the checkout can they get to? Are you able to replicate the issue? And is it happening for customers that are located in a specific region?
With some more info we can help you troubleshoot what is happening on your store.
