hide shipping method for customers who pay with a gift card

hi guys,

I'm looking for a creative solution 🙂

I am not currently using Shopify Plus

I want customers who pay with a gift card to not be able to choose the option of self-collection but only the option of delivery.

Anyone have an idea how to do it?
