Holiday Promotions : Order Price Adjustments

Hello!

With the holidays approaching, I know one of the most common emails from our customers will be to apply a price adjustment on completed order.

Our site will be running a % off the entire site for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend - so how do I help out my team?

Right now they have to go into an order, refund the entire order and compute dollar amount for the % off discount, which leaves us open to human error.

Are there any solutions or apps to help with a refund for % of order subtotal?
