My company is currently looking for an e-logistics fulfillment center in Hong-Kong.
We sell both retail on Shopify + wholesale to stores and distributors.
Looking for a company that offers similar services like Amazon FBA, with no high minimums.
We've already contacted one company but before they even give you their rates, they require a 1000$ a month minimum which is a big no-no.
Any info much welcome. Thank you.
If you need to dropship and wholesale from China, Guangzhou and Shenzhen is the best choice compared to HK as their warehouse and human cost are far more cheaper while the fulfillment time and delivery are nearly the same.
Thus if you want to find some cheaper fulfillment solution, try 86deal, we are located in Guangzhou which is 200 km distance to HK.
Hey Moun384.
Although I've never worked directly with fulfillment centers in HK a few that come up in conversation include:
Don't have data on minimums unfortunately.
Thanks Andrew,
I'll check their websites and see what minimums are.
Floship has a minimum of 300 orders a month and 1000$ which means they won't work with new businesses.
I hope the other companies are more flexible. Otherwise it'll be good old Amazon FBA for us 🙂
Cheers.

I was deciding between Easyship and Floship for my shopify store too but I went with Easyship at the end and I am still with them up until this point.
I thought Easyship were way more proactive in their responses and they do follow up with you more often than Floship where I had to chase them for the rates multiple times. Easyship are able to offer a lot more courier options than Floship where I can select the best courier for each destination country at a discounted rate. Floship was only offering me 2-3 solutions for worldwide shipping
I would say Easyship's integration is a class of its own compared to other fulfilment providers (not just floship). Their ability to show rates at my check out page with tax and duty calculation had saved me a lot of time in the set up and my customers are able to choose which couriers they would like to use at check out. The entire supply chain is automated so I do not have to do anything and packages will get shipped out from the warehouse. I also saw they are ranked as the number 1 shipping app on the Shopify app store whereas Floship is not seen there.
I am actually in the middle of transferring some of my stock to their US warehouse so I can ship to my north american customer more quickly. Easyship is also operating in 6 different countries with offices in each of them so I could choose to store my inventory in any of those locations (as I remember they have US+HK+EU+AU etc)
PS I think this page is quite useful: https://pages.easyship.com/floship-alternative

Sorry but I checked dshipchina and their shipping rated are a no go.
Shipping a simple envelope with a Greeting card for a total of 50g costs between 3USD to ship to USA and 4.60USD to ship to Europe.
That's about 4 times the price you'd pay in the US or Europe for shipping such a light item. And that's without counting the warehousing, pick and pack etc.
are you using their fulfillment solution?
Personally, I'd say Easyship is your best bet for something like this.
They're not only based in Hong Kong, but have the most robust fulfillment support of any shipping platform IMO and also integrate with Amazon seamlessly. Their pricing structure is definitely the most competitive too overall.
Many order fulfillment companies in Shenzhen or Hongkong have no requirement for order quantity or monthly spend. I have been working with NextSmartShip. No min storage requirements, no compulsory stock keeping units. no monthly order commitments. No minimum charges. Pay as you send. Plus 90 days free storage for each batch of inventry.
I have used Stork-up for over a year and have concluded it is beyond terrible. Highlights are I had set instructions on where to ship a order to the US contact. The HK contact overrode it and had it sent to HK instead of China.
They are very difficult to communicate with, with lost emails and on followups. But they are very good at emailing all of your email accounts you have EVER contacted them with when payment is due.
Patrick, upper level manager, actually threatened me, saying "I know where you live" via iMessage, when an invoice became overdue. We were going through some hard times then.
Needless to say, I am no longer with them.
Nah disagree about nextsmartship Unless you speak chinese! Their system (even when translated) is still 50% in Chinese. Looks like it was designed in 1990. Not user friendly at all. If they can fix that and get it right I think they would be a good option because their pricing is competitive

Hi I am from Myanmar. I am selling handmade products online through our website. We are expanding our market to overseas country. Therefore, we are looking for warehouse and fulfillment service provider.
Could you please also contact me for detail of your service to clarahb@panellistmm.com?
Hey! seems it's a bit late but I'll still drop my recommendation here anyways. I'm using Boxful Fulfillment and what attracted me is that they don't really have a minimum charge. And quoting are free 😜 ! Hope it helps!
Avoid BoxC. They have been a terrible experience. Didn’t qualify our goods. Took them in and then doubled the shipping rates and left us with 22 stranded ocean pallets that we have to pull out. Truly Awful.
