How can I access my payout from Evolve Bank?

I got a payout today and it went to evolve bank anyone knows how to access that bank?

I can definitely take a look into this with you. Have you added Evolve Bank as a virtual bank account for your payouts or have you set up a Shopify Balance account? Both of these options might explain why you are seeing "Evolve Bank" written there so I just want to clarify before I answer. I want to make sure I'm giving you the most accurate information.

For reference, you can read more about Shopify Balance on this page here. You can also go to Finances > Balance > Manage in your Shopify Admin to see if this has been set up.

Hey Erin when a customer does order in my store on Shopify do printful send
it to the customer or do I have to buy it and delivery myself

From my understanding Printful has automatic order fulfillment once you've connected Printful to your Shopify store. You can read more about getting set up with Printful on this page and see more about the Printful order fulfillment process on this page here.

i have another question. i bank with mid florida and would like to add my money from midflorida to shopify balance.I have to connect an actual bank not just an the account numbers. so i chose EVOLVE BANK & TRUST, but it asks for an “eteller” ID and Password. how would i find those?

We wouldn't be able to provide an eTeller ID or password. To transfer funds to your Shopify Balance account you'll want to follow the steps in this guide. You should be able to log in to your bank account and use your Shopify Balance account details to transfer money out of the bank from there.
