How can I activate a payment method for dropshipping in Myanmar?

Hello,I’m from Myanmar.I’m drop shipped one week ago and I’m facing the payment problem.Although PayPal and other payment methods are not available in Myanmar,I tried other third party providers.But it didn’t work. If someone know how to activate payment method to dropship in Myanmar, please contact me.I really need help right now.

That is a great question! We do have a helpful article that displays the available third-party payment gateways available to your location available here. With that being said, you can set up an available third-party payment gateway by navigating to Settings > Payments. We do have a great step-by-step guide that can walk you through the process to enable a third-party payment gateway for your store.

I do not have a specific method to get into contact with - however, we do have available Support Advisors that can assist you along the way. If you would like to speak with a Support Advisor, you will need to navigate to our Help Center

 

I encourage you to check out the third-party payment gateway guide as it does have steps to assist you with getting your third-party gateway connected to your store. If you happen to receive an error message when connecting your third-party gateway, let me know. As this information will allow me to assist you accordingly.

I know that. But they didn’t work. I tried third party provider that are available in my country.But they asked me the monthly sale record that I don’t have. I mean I’m new dropshipper how can I have those documents.

You can navigate to the Analytics section of your Shopify dashboard to view the monthly sales for your store. I did take a screenshot from my test store that I wanted to share with you to assist with the navigation:

If you are unable to use one third-party payment gateway, I would suggest attempting to use another third-party gateway that may be available in your location from the list here.
