How can I activate cart notes on the Shopify Starter plan?

Hello,

I'm looking to try and activate cart notes, on the Shopify Starter plan.

The use case is a "gift message" to be left on an order.

As you can't edit the theme on Starter, the option isn't available to turn on.

Does anyone have any ideas or Shopify Apps that might replicate this?
