Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I'm trying to get Multibanco activated on my portuguese store but I keep getting this message that I need to contact support. It's been a bit frustrating as i spent the last hour trying to get/find a live agent and i keep getting redirected to the chat bot.
Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

Welcome to the Shopify Community.
I would like to advise that in order to activate Multibanco for your online store, you need to use Shopify Payments. Multibanco works only when Shopify Payments is active, and it doesn't work when Shopify Payments is in test mode. You need to deactivate any conflicting alternative payment gateways before you can enable Multibanco.
To get in touch with our support team, you will need to navigate to the Shopify Help Center and communicate with the Help Center Assistant. Once you've typed your question and the Help Center Assistant has replied, you should see the option I still need help appear in the chat box. Once selected, you should see another option Select a store to connect with a support advisor, please click this to proceed.
